Are developers even reading the reviews? Its been 2 months and I have the same problem as everyone else. Cant rewind or it will freeze or the app will shut off and I will see a note saying this app has bugs. 🤷♀️
Pretty sad that Cox communications uses this outdated junky app that barely works...
They are good teachers
Worked great before the update . Now can't play back same issue with other users.
Same issue as John. Live view only and can't rewind video or it freezes.
Ok, maybe I jumped the gun with a alow review. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and everything is back to normal.
Do not use latest update, I ruined everything, only live viewing available. Can't rewind, if you do screen locks in loading for ever, never works, again do not use latest update, I wish I could uninstall that update.
